Classes Offered

Lagree Fitness Method is a 40 minute high intensity, low impact workout performed on the patented M3 Megaformer. Other classes include Hip Hop, HIIT and Yoga.

(40 mins) Lagree Fitness

It’s more than Pilates and it utilizes precise movements on the Megaformer to activate, isolate and stabilize core muscles. This class is great for improving posture, flexibility, balance and strength. You will be using muscles you never realize you had. 40 minutes of core training. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is adaptable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Hip Hop

Whether you’re looking to pick up a few moves, get some exercise, meet new people or just have a lot of fun, we’ve got it all here for you! Each class starts with a warm-up full or freestyling, stretching and conditioning guaranteed to get your heart pounding. We combine the new school Hip Hop and adds in a touch of Latin and house, or whatever else is blowing up the dance floors today. All of this is promised to challenge vets and complete beginners to get a solid and fun introduction to dance. (Warning: known to induce giggles, and sexiness).

Dance shoes or tennis shoes for Hip Hop.


HIIT is a full-body workout. This class is a high-intensity interval training workout which focuses on full body strength conditioning paired with cardio bursts.

It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

Tennis shoes are needed for our circuit classes.


New to yoga? If so, this class is a good place to begin. In this class, you will learn the basic postures of vinyasa yoga and basic alignment principles.

This peaceful flow is great for beginners or those looking for mobility and relaxation from their yoga practice. This class emphasizes strength and flexibility while promoting mental stability and concentration through challenging postures and an increased pace.

We provide mats, but feel free to bring your own mat and blocks.
