Lagree Kisha

Fitness Background:

Kisha started in the fitness industry by teaching Spin classes.  Over the last 4 years, she has acquired certifications as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, 2 certifications as a TRX coach , Metafit bodyweight program, Mat Pilates, Stages indoor cycling, and 200 hour yoga teacher training.   

Why she loves what she does:

Empowerment!  Empowering others to be the best version of themselves.  She digs being a part of someone’s journey, watching them become stronger, confident, happier and healthier.  

Hidden Talent:

Kisha enjoys cooking plant-based food and desserts!  

Lagree Geni

Hometown:

Loma Linda, CA

Fitness Background: 

Geni has a Psychology degree and knew that she had to find a way to combine her passion for fitness with her psych degree. She decided to pursue that by getting her Personal Trainer Certification from ACE.  Now she gets to help people to be not only emotionally fit, but physically fit in order to live a happier healthy life!

She currently teaches Group Training and Bootcamp classes. Her teaching style is fun, encouraging and motivating. She enjoys learning how the body works and will be adding a couple more certifications this year.

Why she loves what she does:

Geni loves teaching and helping others on their fitness journey. She has stress factors in her life (who doesn’t?), and knows the importance of incorporating a release for all the tension of everyday stress. Who doesn't want happy endorphins running through their body? More importantly, she wants to live longer so she can keep up with her kids…someday way down the road, her grandchildren. She wants to be alive and kicking independently for as long as she can.

Hidden Talent:

She runs a small in-home spray tanning business!

Lagree Ellen

Fitness Background:

As a biology pre-med major in college, Ellen fell in love with running to help relieve stress.  After graduation, she entered the pharmaceutical industry splitting her time between physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies. In between her appointments and conferences, she continued running to increase her endorphins and stay fit. Fast forward 14 years, her joints didn’t appreciate the daily pounding. She turned her focus to indoor cycling classes and Pilates. After devoting her time to mat Pilates, an instructor approached her about getting my AFAA group ex certification.  Pilates opened the door to many certifications and boosted her adoration for the reformer Pilates, cycle, bodyworks, chisel, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), kickboxing, aqua, and barre. Her fascination with anatomy and alignment strengthened her foundation to help others overcome obstacles, rehabilitate their injuries, and become a better version of themselves. Prior to class, Ellen loves to prepare a succinct efficient routine that will challenge the clients both mentally and physically.

Why she loves what she does:

Teaching allows Ellen to express a different side of my personality where she becomes fearless and energized. Altogether, her goal is to infuse each individual with the confidence to stay dedicated to their health and wellness goals.

Hidden talent: 

Every weekend, Ellen advocates for the homeless at Father Joe’s soup kitchen and takes care of foster animals. One day, she hopes to open a dog shelter in order to give the voice and dignity back to abandoned and abused animals. Even though she's reserved, she has a need for speed on roller coasters, zip lining, and mountain biking.

Hip-Hop Bruna

Fitness background:

Bruna used to dance Zumba back in Brazil, but everything changed when she came to the US and was introduced to Hip-Hop. She fell in love with this style of dance and has been practicing every day. Her daily training is a variety of Cardio Hip-Hop, Hip-Hop, Burlesque, Heels, Latin Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz Technique and Jazz Funk.

In 2018, she joined Finesse, a professional dance team and District 2, a community dance team. She did a lot of performances around San Diego with both of them, and also with the new artists like Xenaluv and Jstylez.

She loves to dance, and she will make sure you are having fun during her Cardio Hip-Hop class while burning a lot of calories.   

Why she loves what she does:

She loves what she does because everyone can dance. Everyone experiences dance at least once in their lifetime. Also, dance is a universal language. We can communicate and express ourselves with our body without saying a word.

Hidden talent:

She runs a life-coaching monthly meeting to help other women create the life they want to live, to improve their business skills, to give them the support they need, and to help them to be the better version of themselves.

Lagree Sacha

Fitness background:

Sacha was first introduced to Lagree 10 years ago in Los Angeles. She immediately saw results, became addicted, and continued to take classes all over Southern California . After her first few classes, she knew she had to pursue a Lagree certification. You will still catch Sacha taking classes in between teaching. She loves to help clients gain strength and confidence with every class.

Why she loves what she does:

For one, there’s no better workout! Full body in 40 min! As a busy Mom of two kids, she understands the importance of self care for physical and mental health. Sacha loves to connect with clients and help them achieve their personal goals. Sacha also loves to ask her classes for requests. So don’t be afraid to speak up!

Hidden talent:

She still has some of her old gymnastics tricks up her sleeve.
