Meet the Founder
I’m Glace and I call myself a fighter! When I was younger I could eat anything I wanted. However, everything changed when my metabolism started slowing down and my hormones got out of whack. I had to do something to reverse it. I had to fight this! This is when I made the choice to change my lifestyle, and I started working out and eating better. I became captivated with everything related to fitness and was impressed with the strength of our body.
One day I was introduced to Lagree Fitness through a friend and immediately fell in love with it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I love how Lagree Fitness pushes both the mind and body, building resistance, strength and flexibility. I am amazed how the Megaformer gives you quick results and you can feel your core being fired-up instantly. This is when I decided to open my own studio to share my love for the method and the benefits of the Megaformer workouts provides to the body.
I have a Master’s degree in Education and teaching has always been my passion. I want to motivate and inspire you to make lifestyle changes, so YOU can feel strong and confident. I’ve been continuously fascinated with nutrition, health, wellness and encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy connecting with new souls and helping them find the best version of themselves.
While the Lagree Fitness Method is certainly inspired by pilates, it most definitely is not the same type of workout. Pilates targets main muscle groups, like legs, arms, and core. On the other hand, Lagree combines strength, cardio, and endurance training all at the same time.
Although challenging, our Lagree Fitness™ classes are perfect for beginners. Everything is adjustable and we recommend working at your own pace.
Yes! We offer the first class for only $10.
We recommend you take anywhere between 3 to 4 classes per week to see results. However, it all depends on how quick your body recovers, so just ensure you are taking the time to listen to your body.
Calorie burning always depends on various factors like weight, height, age, and fitness level. During a 40 minute period, you can burn anywhere from 500-800 calories.
